I often wonder how they generate these numbers. Demopolis is a prime example. There is no check in station there. In my 20+ years of hunting and fishing down there, I have never seen a game warden ever. How could they possibly know what's going on there?

If there's no check in station and no log book, your guess is as good as mine. Even with just a log book, I don't see how they are generating the numbers they do. Not enough info. Wish I knew
