I always enjoyed him on Hannity/Colmes. Don't know that I ever agreed with him, but he seemed like a pretty good guy.

I could't stand him. Just the sight of his smug, liberal, face was about enough to drive me into a rage and ruin my day!

I always felt bad for him because they were using him as a prop that would have to go on TV and play the fool so they could claim fair and balanced. Never figured anyone was really that stupid. I met him one time. Like I said, I don't think I ever agreed with him, but he was a nice guy when I met him.

He hadn't done or said anything negative on the Clintons has he? Maybe he knew the dirt that would keep Chelsea out of office, or is leading the charge to keep Hillary from running again in 4 years.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I always thought Colmes was a classy gentlemenly guy, not the typical loud mouth liberal. He took a lot of abuse on Fox without flinging it back as hard as he took. I couldn't have done that. Of course, being liberal he was wrong on most things but sometimes he was right.

Of course, being liberal he was wrong on most things but sometimes he was right. He was the designated punching bag for sure, and he knew that is what his job was. I'm sure he was well compensated for playing his role.

He was one of the few democracts that was a advocate for free speech rather he agreed with you or not. I really enjoyed Hannity and Colmes back in the day but haven't heard much from him since. Praying for his family.

I couldn't stand him, but I wouldn't have wished on him an untimely death.

I met him one time. Like I said, I don't think I ever agreed with him, but he was a nice guy when I met him. The best analogy of that I ever heard was "Old Mike, he's a good old schit in the long run, if you like a long, runny schit" I despised Alan Colmes as I do all liberals.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Has he been near Tuscaloosa County lately? As liberal as he was, I'm sure the Mexicans would send a few flowers and oranges his way.
