Getting a buggy spreader to lime my plots. Do I need to prep my plots in any way prior to spreading? Also the deer are still hitting them hard . Should I wait until spring greenup before applying? After I do it should I disc it in or let it lay? Thanks in advance.

Disk it to root/seed depth. If you just spread it, it's going to lime the surface, but you need it to lime where the roots will grow.

Depends on what type soil is sand just spread if clay spread then disc. I'd wait till I was going to plant spring plots before I'd disc my fields up.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Anytime you can lime is a good time. I would disc it in.

It be's that way sometimes.

You can lime now and disc it in later. It won't hurt anything. You may lose a small amount of lime if the rain washes any away.
