Who's the marketing genius at Lance that is jacking with the worlds best peanut butter snack crackers! I was in the walmarks in Greenville Saturday morning picking up a few things for the weekend hunt in Monroe county. I headed to the chips and cookies aisle to get some Nekot crackers and all they had was this lemon creme stuff instead. I calmly asked the clerk where the real Nekots were and she said we ain't gots no mo. We's gots these instead. I left and eventually got over it. So today I stop at one of my designated bathroom stops and went to get a cold drank and a pack of Nekot and see the lemon ones have made it to the stores as well. Why do folks have to mess with something that's already perfect I'll never know. Didn't they learn from the chocolate ones? BTW have any of y'all tried any? Any count?

You need to eat one, better get a couple packs because they are some count.

Lemon Nekot? Sounds a lot like New Coke to me. Guess I'll have to try them and see.

No I'm not complaining. The peanut butter ones are the best so I don't see how they could make them any better. Sure I'm going to try them ! If YEKRUT and James say they some count then I believe that. I was joking a little bit about Lance messin with perfection. laugh

I heard they named them Nekot cuz it's "Token" spelled backwards. Not that it makes anymore sense, but that's what I read

They are pretty good.

Me and a buddy and his dad went fishing up at Guntersville a few years ago. His dad had a bag of snacks that included some original nekot crackers. Well neither of them wanted them and I wa slike yeah I'll eat those, under my breath i mumbled "oooh nekots!" Well my buddy heard me and found another pack. When he ate one, the look on his face was priceless. It was like he realized he had a winning lottery ticket or something...LOL

Like them Nekots. Haven't tried the lemon yet, but I'm sure they're good.

I was so pissed when they quit making their chocolate coated graham crackers.

It's just one more step in the effort to de masculinize the population. Flavored Iced Coffee, Flavored Crown Royal (Communism), and now they're messing with cookies. We'll all have man buns and be calling for skinny cut camo pants in a couple of years.

I don't think I can grow enough hair for a man bun, and I know I can't fit into skinny jeans. rofl
