Anyone bought a vehicle from them recently? (specifically a used one, if it matters)...
They have a couple of trucks I'm moderately interested in, but the price is just too high. They have gone to that "no haggle" crap where "The price in the window is the price you pay". Is that really the case or will they work with you a little?
I hate the thought of having to haggle with a dealership on price but I've about accepted the fact that I'll have to go to one to find what I want, but I'm simply not paying what they're asking.

I bought a 2011 Honda from them back in June. I didn't bother haggling with them because it was already a good price.

I would at least try but I doubt that they move much.
Since David DeSantis sold out that place has really changed.

Tried to buy one from them. They don't budge an inch on price. What you see is what it is period. I didn't buy from them.
I would rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

Don't take anything there for service or better yet (your wife) no experience for myself but. SIL went for free tires - they didnt even change them! Buddy at work said they left oil cap off his wifes car & denied it. Finally found it under the engine luckily. And after that tried to sell her tires when she didn't halfway need them. He works at BFG with me so he looks at them every day.

Screwed me over several years ago and I will Never do business with them. Sold a car out from under me that I had signed the paperwork on the night before. Then said "What are we supposed to tell the customer they can't have the car? I said we'll that is what you are telling me
That Sales Manager was asking others in the office to keep me away from him. I went down the street and.bought a Honda. Pissed me off.

Find the vehicle you want from an individual. Write a check for it. It's yours and the price was right.

I've bought probably 6 or 7 vehicles over the years and always got a good price. Had an issue with the first '01 Tacoma I ordered through them. It's a long story, but they weren't at fault. Toyota had to replace it. Now their service department is about to really piss me off. Never had an issue out of them until this past year. Last few times my wife has carried her Highlander in to be serviced they've hit her up wanting to do work that wasn't necessary. After I got called and woken up after working night shift last time, I think they got my point. My dad has had to get all over their asses too.

My wife's family has bought over 20 cars from them over the years. When David DeSantis sold out is when they went to this one price deal.
I have used the service department for years and do not have any problems. I only use one service writer there and he knows not to try and sell me on things. He knows that I do my own filters, wipers, batteries and brakes among other things.

If you want an honest service writer there, ask for Brian Drawhorn. I've known Brian for about 16 years now. No BS kind of guy that will shoot you straight, and knows his Toyotas. He owns/operates WabFab Off-Road as a side business.
