What does everyone use on the trapline? I use a Henry lever action 22 with Aguila Colibri bullets on coons right between the eyes and works pretty well. Those didnt work very well on the one coyote I shot with em. I use those bullets to be a little stealthier in turkey woods...

Ruger .22 pistol. Tuck it into a coat pocket and you never know it is there.

I use an old Sears single shot bolt action rifle with .22 shorts, if I can find them, or .22lr. It's not like you need sub-moa accuracy, so just about anything will work. But, keep in mind the regs prohibit use of "magnum" ammo.
