It would be solid investment to buy and resale for wetland mitigation with all the development in the area. Companies will need that if development continues. You could pay it selling cottonmouth antivenom to hospitals too. Don't ask me how I know

There is no such thing as cheap land nowadays.
Oh and by the way just so the record is straight you and I bought the land that Polaris sits on. What do you consider cheap??
