I'm up and headed out to look for lost deer. It's cold out there this morning. I wondering if I shouldn't have waited until a little later to start this morning. Good luck to everyone who's tough enough to get out in this. Hope you get a big 'un.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'm at Choccolocco WMA walking to check some food plots. The last gun hunt here was at Christmas, it's a ghost town, so I'm just seeing how the plots look so I can bow hunt during the week the rest of the season. Might not be worth a turd, but I'll have it to myself!

6:47 is sunrise, so 30 minutes before would be 6:17 to legally shoot isn't it? Another gray area in the Alabama rule book. It says "daylight" hours, what ever that means
