My uncle has decided to lease out his property this year. It is around 300 acres located in Lower Peachtree. This is a great lease. The roads and plots have already been bushhogged and disced. There is a place to put a camper with power but no water. Send me a message if interested. Price is $9/acre. I'll get the exact acreage soon. Can finish planting for additional cost.
