What I am wondering is if that footage is off of a general surveillance tape or if someone actually noticed and opted to record it for that long. If it is the latter, I wonder about that person, too. It popped up in my news feed on FB. I believe Amari King had shared it.
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

Seriously, I suspect he has some mental issues. I know of a similar situation and the young man had a history of mental issues.
