Thread: I was banned from aldeer.com Thread Tools Search Thread Rate This Thread Display December 18th, 2006, 07:56 PM #1 KEITHSARCHERY KEITHSARCHERY is offline Inactive User Join Date Mar 2003 Location Muscadine,Al Posts 482 I was banned from aldeer.com I was booted off, banned, kicked off of a deer talk forum for posting that my shop now sells Hoyt bows. I think it is that one of the administrators owns an archery shop about 100 miles away & fells threated. Man I feel depressed that I was kicked off a no name talk forum & have never even be scolded about some of the things I have said on here. Thank God this is a great place to meet new people, talk, argue, slam, hackle, ect.......... & even post good things about your own shop without being banned. I emailed them asking why & have yet to get an answer.
Thanks to everyone Merry Christmas to all __________________ Quick reply to this message Reply Reply With Quote Reply With Quote Multi-Quote This Message December 18th, 2006, 07:58 PM #2 OneBowTie's Avatar OneBowTie OneBowTie is offline Inactive User Join Date Jun 2002 Location siler city north carolina Posts 24,496 Quote Originally Posted by KEITHSARCHERY I was booted off, banned, kicked off of a deer talk forum for posting that my shop now sells Hoyt bows. cheers and happy holidays to all Some say AT is overmodded....others say it is undermodded......it all kinda depends on who is doing the complaining.
But we would darn sure never boot anyone for announcing they had landed the local Hoyt dealership!
Congratulations Keith! I shall now reconsider. That is what was posted after they deleated the post was if I wanted to advertise I had to pay for it. I also was thinking about getting a banner on that site being it is a "home town" site. He was booted because he kept posting advertising his shop and wasn't a paying sponsor. He was offered a chance to become a sponsor and was warned numerous times. He wanted to be hard headed about it.
What's funny is he was last on AlDeer over two years before making that post on Archery Talk. Logs say he was last on AlDeer 9/4/04.

You might can find him on sumdumass.com. If that isn't a real website, it should be. Just for folks like him.
