For the sake of sounding stupid. I have hunted several wma's, but have never actually hunted the national forest part. Can someone please tell me how to find the regulations, how to access the property, and what the boundaries should look like? I can't find the rules on shooting does, traveling on the property or anything. I know Blue Springs ok, but any information on the national forest would be greatly appreciated. I'm mostly interested in the Escambia side and western Covington part.

Google the dates for hunting conecuh national forest. The season dates are the same as the state dates EXCEPT for doe days. And doe days are in right now. Dec 15 - Jan. 1st. Is what I read. Also you can google the forest land and boundaries as this is what I do. I live near and hunt there also

Ozark, that is the problem I have seen is that there are so many spots of people's property right in the middle of the forest, some marked, some not well defined.
