If you can pull back a bow I suggest getting one but if you have shoulder problems get a xbow. Find a dealer and buy a used one from them or let them know what your looking for. When you buy one and get it setup for you. Practice practice practice. Start slowly with only a few shots a day and then build up. You need to create muscle memory so when the time comes to acutely shoot at a deer it will be second nature. I have been shooting since I was 15 years old and the last 6 bucks I have killed has been with a bow. Just remember to have fun and when you draw blood for the first time you will see what all the fuss is about. Good luck brother.

It's not how many days you hunt, it's how you hunt each day, that determines the success.
