Bankhead NF again. Went to same area as yesterday but decided to walk deeper into the woods because the wind direction. Picked out a tree in the dark and got about 18 ft up and it was hollow. Prayed hard coming down. Now I'm in a different tree and we'll see what happens.

Hunting Bankhead National Forest this afternoon. I'm set up in some select cut hardwoods that was burnt during the spring, 300 yards from bedding area. This is perfect for a gun hunter, you can see forever. I may get to air this bow out today. Good luck y'all.

Seen 3 does no shot on big doe.

Always good to see deer though! I'm taking my bow out tomorrow, hoping to get my 2nd deer with a bow ever. Been seeing does super consistently, even in bow range, but have had my rifle so I can't shoot em. Probably just jynxed it!
