I know this is a long shot but you never know until you make your wishes known. So here goes. I'm looking for land or established club that is strictly managed and does not advertise for members or has a seasonal turn over in the following counties listed below. Basically i'm looking for one those unicorn type clubs that you better know the right person to get in. I'm not interested in joining any club that has to advertise for members. I am looking for a personal recommendation based off experience and first hand knowledge. Waiting list is also fine as I'd wait for the right opportunity.
I would also be interested in finding land located in one of the counties listed below. Acreage amount is negotiable as I would consider all offerings. I would prefer this to be privately owned as those tracts tend to be well taken care with more diverse habitat. Once again I'm aware this is a rare unicorn type request.
South or Central Dallas, Montgomery, Butler, Crenshaw, Bullock
I trophy hunt so I'm not interested in being part of any group or lease in an area that does not have a reputation of producing mature quality deer. I have my own equipment and I'm willing to pull my weight with the work or maintain a lease.
Budget, well that is negotiable for the right opportunity.
Thanks in advance for any help or leads in advance! I'd prefer to have any info sent to me via email or PM. My email address is mshayslette@bellsouth.net

I would also consider Wilcox and Clarke Counties for the right opportunity.

To the top since everyone seems to be on the hunt now.
Come on guys throw me a bone! I know someone knows of an existing club and the right person to contact that meets my requirements.
