I've missed a few mountable bucks, in fact it took 2 misses, (we'll 1 clean miss,and the other wounded and never found it) before I finally killed a good one, bad thing about my one and only wall-hanger, I was lucky enough to be able to see him through the scope and after saying "oh Chit" I put the gun down for about 5mins and watched him, calmed down enough to make a good steady shot!! Nothing like the excitement though, and CONGRATS on the deer

I honestly really thankful cause it gave me a chance to calm down and make a good shot. Love the adrenaline rush! "With great deer, comes great meals"
