Moved my sight as low as it can get and still shooting about 8 inches low at 20 yards. Do I need to move my nock point down, my peep or both? Frustrating!

Where is your nock point? Have you paper tuned? If your nock point is at zero (90 degrees) you will have to move your peep. Have you checked for fletching clearance with your rest? Severe contact could cause your arrows to nose dive and hit low.

No paper tuning yet. Attempted to move the nocking loop but only one end moved - just widended it. No good. I'm gonna let someone who knows what they're doing take a look at it. I don't have the experience nor tools to do it correctly.

Is this something that just started to happen? Was is shooting fine to a point? Did you recently change anything, sight, rest, new string, etc.?

You may have to move your peep up.

Sounds like your string may have creeped or stretched. This will normally shift your nock point up, which will cause you to shoot low. You need to take it to someone and have it checked out.

A buddy of mine had that problem and the spring in his arrow rest had gotten weak, and when he would put a arrow on it,it would lay down.
