Shot my bow yesterday evening and it looks like my arrow is getting contact with the rest. I'm using a TR Dropzone rest on a Hoyt Vectrix. Manually pulling the cord back and releasing it does look like the rest is a little stiff. Is their a way to replace the spring in the Dropzone or should I just replace it with something else. If I do replace it what should I replace it with?

QAD drop away rest best money you can spend! I promise.. you can spend anywhere from $70-$170 on them depending on the silencers and camo you want....

I had the same problem, I twisted the nock while on the string to have the least amount of fletching to interfere with the Drop away and the Cables. Appears to have worked so far.

Did you get it wet? If so, you need to take it apart and give it a good cleaning.

I lightly oiled the rest and it seems to be doing better. However, I think the real problem was that a couple of arrows had problems with the vanes. THe heat shrink vanes don't seem to last more than one year before they get brittle. These are NAP Quikspins.
