Looking to buy a bipod for my ar, who uses one & what kind? I'm not looking to spend a lot on it but it needs to be functional off the bench.

Grip-Pod...but get a real one, the knockoffs will fall apart on you. They're way more expensive than the knockoffs, but you can find a deal, now and then. Back when they were about $50 apiece, I lucked into a deal of 2 for the same $50.

Harris is the best for the money starting at 100.00. I have A Caldwell and used to have an original grip pod, decent stuff but if you want good quality get your wallet out!
I never knew you could spend 250.00 and up for a setup!
AR15 forum has all the info you will need.
