Was the public hunting area you went to really crowded. I have never hunted public land here in Alabama or out of state, but I have heard stories, just curious.

It wasn't that bad at all. There was a lot of hunters in the woods, but there was also a lot of land to hunt where you could get away from other hunters. We had some guys walk in on us Saturday morning but turned around when we let them know we were there. All of the hunters we ran into were all pretty cool, we ran into a lot of folks from Bama up there too.

Use to hunt Shawnee a bunch. A lot of hunters and alot of deer. Always saw alot of deer. Seemed like the perfect ratio of deer/hunters just enough to keep the deer on their feet.

Already got him back from the taxidermist. I think he turned out pretty good!
