I'm sitting on an old logging road where planted pines and hardwoods meet. Still some acorns falling. This is my 5th hunt this year and haven't seen a deer yet. Hopefully things will change this evening.

I got set up at 2:30 couldn't control my cough and was down by 3. No chance I was gonna see anything coughing every 10-15 minutes

Set up off of a creek bed in a bottleneck of hardwoods with a peanut field to my north & a corn field to my south. Good luck to everyone.

My boy slipped down to his ladder stand this afternoon before I got home. I had no more walked in the door and he sent a text that he had a nanny down.
