I understand. I have felt the same way every time I climb a tree.
Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

My little Yildiz bounces up and down like my squirrel dogs used to do when they thought we were going hunting. She is a bloodthirsty little thing.

My new 28 ga M37 was looking at me with great expectations the other day when I took out the improved cylinder duck choke and put in the full. But she'll have to wait till later to go out in the turkey woods since I didn't get a chance to pattern her with the big shells yet. So, now I've got to decide whether it'll be the CZ or the Franchi going out with me to listen for turkey noises and try to trick one into thinking I'm good company this Saturday.... I'm just as giddy as if it were opening day in spring!

I think the worst part is sitting in a tree hearing a crow call and the first thing you do is listen for a gobbler to sound off True, or how about that owl when it let's loose right at daylight.
Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

Mine folded its arms and turned around like a child pouting in a corner when I rearranged my safe for the fall use guns.

Yes I said about 5 years ago we used to shoot anything.but that changed when I was the only one hunting.there are no hunting clubs near by, have very good neighbors all the way around .

Does feel like late spring weather outside. I told 3toe yesterday in a text that I don't hunt in 90 degrees unless I've got a turkey vest and shotgun.
