That reminds me.. every redneck I know has told a similar story of "that time they shot this deer at night and quickly drug it into the back seat of their car, but the deer was still alive and tore up everything inside the car."

I'm always amazed at how SO many people have had that same experience.

I have a guy that works with me that said he killed a doe back in the day before it was legal. He tied it to the engine of his truck to hide it and take it home. He says it slipped down under the engine and he was dragging it still tied to the truck and he never stopped. All he had was a bloody rope when he home.

my PH in Zimbabwe hit a full grown leopard on night on the way to a party, killed it dead. He thought. He and his buddy loaded it into the trunk and went on to the party. Several hours and beers later he returned to his car to find the back seat shredded and the leopard gone......
