Sounds like the dogs are growling because they have a headache. If you take a weiner and stick a straw straight down thru it and poke 5 or 6 tylenol in them and feed the dogs, it should cure the dogs headache.

We had a dog problem on our lease back in VA. Talked to the owner and he didn't know where they came from. We've had the lease for 10+ years without a problem. Mind you these dogs were muts with attitude. There was a pack of 5. They came up on us a few times in an aggressive manner. Three of them became worm dirt. Don't know what county the other two went too but they haven't been back.

Went back this afternoon and every hour on the hour 14 shots. Sh$$ about aint worth hunting. He needs to grow a set and be a man. Come on over if he has a problem that bad. He's just doing it to piss me off and be legal about it. But that go's both ways.

Contact the owner and let them know he has agressive dogs at his house. Insurance companies will cancel policy if known to them. Tenant laws have changed, it's easier to get them out. My land = dead dog. Police can declare a vicious dog in some areas and have it removed.

Dogs what dogs? When dogs cross with coyotes don't they call them coydogs, mixed breeds, wild dogs, bad mutts. If they come in your yard those are wild vicious dogs not legal wild animals.

Shooting a dog chasing a deer on your land is a topic that we often debate on here as there are two sides to that issue. Shooting a dog that is acting aggressively towards you on your land is not debatable in my opinion. It would also not be illegal.

The shooting by itself wouldn't really bother me. We have a neighbor that shoots a lot and isn't doing it to bother me and deer never seem to notice or care.

Yep, unless I was concerned about a safety factor, I wouldn't worry about it. The deer won't worry about it, but let the idiot spend his money on ammo if he thinks he is scaring the deer on adjoining property.

Feral dogs are no joke.

Make sure he sees you when you drag your deer out of the woods in spite of his dogs and shooting. Retaliation only produces escalation. The deer could care less about his shooting. The dogs on the other hand are a different issue. You have the right to defend yourself.

If it's close to your house park your truck there every chance you get whether your hunting or not.
