So, how bout the temps for opening day? Who is going to be hunting in shorts? Lol.

I'm trying to come up with a plan for opening. I want to go to my new lease, but if I go, I'm going to try to sit all day. Its a rough hike to get past where I think everyone else will be hunting, and its going to be HOT.

Good Lord willing I will be there. The deer live in it 365. They'll move somewhere. Just gotta be there. Doubt I sit all day but will probably sit longer in the morning than the evening. I have killed some decent bucks in hot weather. Buddy killed a stud 8 in AL a couple years ago and it was 98. First doe I see that doesn't have a fawn is getting an arrow flung at her.

No does for me for 10 days in the southern zone. I'll be out looking for some bone though. Won't be sitting all day. Morning until 10ish and then afternoon. Both on dropping acorns

We need cooler weather everywhere. I wasn't all that excited till yesterday and I checked s few cameras. Got me ready. Don't guess anybody has talked with John deere.
