Very nice. I wish my traditional shooting skills could justify one of those. More of a Samick Sage level myself. But yeah, very nice.

Never hunted with a recurve and have always been intrigued/wanted to.

That's a beautiful setup, what would something like that run, if I may ask?

Dont know what 3blades paid for his but Black Widows usually run anywhere from $350 on up used, Black Widow bows tend to hold their value better than a lot of other brands.
I've owned a lot of recurves over the years but never a Black Widow, I did shoot a couple in the past. Black Widow bows are one of the best ever made,IMO.

I like Widows but have never owned one. I have always wondered why the put the limbs on the belly of the bow. Does anyone know why?

Sort of like a forward riser 1 piece recurve or the Shrew longbows, that design tends to pull smoother. I had a forward riser 1 piece recurve once that was 58 inches, it pulled smooth like a 60 or 62 inch bow.
Habu recurves had that same design as the BW, limbs mounted on the back side of riser.
