How difficult is it to build one? I have very little experience with AR but would to have one or several unnumbered guns just in case yall's next president is Hillary.

If you got the right equipment it's easy.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Its just a joke, just like I didn't vote for obama, so... Gotcha, there are those that truly believe that the president isn't their president.

??? As stated, with the right equipment, it's easy. Plenty of youtube videos in it. I wouldn't go after it with a jig and a cordless drill. Drill press is a must.

Is it legal to have a lower with no serial number? Yes as long as it's a completed 80% or a self molded lower

Is it legal to have a lower with no serial number? It is legal but if I remember right you can't ever sell it. Inorder to sell it needs a serial number, manufacture etc. It can be all made up but it needs that engraved into it inorder to sell. Juans Firearms ABC123
