Great, so perhaps you recall how we won those games? It was with a strong running game and great defense. Guess what we don't have? A strong running game. IMO, our RBs are still pretty good, but our offensive line can't keep folks out of our backfield.

And I believe that what is being said here is that Bama didn't need Kiffin's style of offense to win Championships just a few year ago and would prefer to not have it now.

Listen; I understand that Bama has won a lot of games with Kiffin, but Bama's offence is not the same as it was prior to his arrival. Remember when Bama would line up and just play ball, they would beat you with the run and with the pass, they didn't have to be gimmicky to do it either they just did it. Since Kiffin has taken over it seems that is all he knows how to do, and when it doesn't work Bama ends up behind, eventually that will lose a game or two for them.

Bama is averaging 5.5 yards per carry for the season thus far...best since 2012.

No one is taken anything away from him or wanting him fired. We just want him to go back to what Alabama football is and that's smash mouth run it down your throat style. That style always seemed to work on the defense a lot better than this side to side chit

Henry probably had 100 more carries than any other back since Saban has been at UA.

Losing Pendry and then Stoutland hurt the Offense more than anything. If Kiffin had Stoutland then that offense would be punishing.

Maybe Gene Stallings can come back and go back to old fashion football. I'm not sure who "we" is but I'm SMH. Be grateful for the run Alabama is on because it will change at some point in the future. Then Bama fans will wish for Saban kind of success again.

Saban's last 3 OC's have all won conference AND national championships. I expect that the next one, whenever and whoever that is, will win championships too. There's exactly ONE common thread in all of them....Nick Saban.

I think I watched him do it in a parallel universe. I would have sworn to it if you hadn't made me look it up. Maybe I'm thinking about a game Sims played? I'm not sure if Coach Sarkisian will be retained or not for the OC position if Kiffin moves on. I wouldn't be surprised if he stayed another year, it all depends on what job he is offered.
