finally got enough figs of my young trees to make a batch of fig preserves yesterday. Made a couple pints of plum preserves today. and cut up some of my pears to make pear preserves, soaking in sugar in the fridge till tomorrow.

Going to check local stores for some peaches tomorrow, try my hand at peach preserves.

I like the ones with the jello too, but straight figs are my favorite. I like them syrupy, haha.

I'd plant at least two, for pollination.

I had hot buttered biskits with pear preserves on em for breakfast. Daumitman that was good.
