Retail for $59-$79 and very comfortable, you can find them a little cheaper. I have drug mine all over the country they are really handy in Colorado on a elk hunt. I find a good trail on the side of a ridge where I can see pile a few blow downs up for a make shift ground blind and can sit a long time comfortably. Two years ago I had a dang bull moose try to walk over the top of me and decided if he took one more step I was shooting him between the eyes at 10 yards with a 7 mag. They are light and fold flat for attaching to a backpack.

What is better the hunt comfort seat cushion or that seat? Anyone got experience with both?

walt that is a fantastic idea. I am doing that for sure. I started buying the $88 double ladders from Wal-Mart about 2 years ago because my son had just been born. Hopefully by the time he's big enough to tag along I will have a dozen or so of these stands set out. Obviously it appears that the seat is attached to the tree itself. Is it possible to strap it down to the steel ladder seat so 2 of them can be installed? I'm wondering what I'm going to do when we actually try to put two people in that stand.

I think I got that same stand. Know what I'll sit in next time.

What is better the hunt comfort seat cushion or that seat? Anyone got experience with both? I have both and really like both. To me they aren't comparable and both have their place. On a tree I'll take the millennium tree seat all day long but it may not work with all set ups like the one shown. It does just strap around the tree and I wouldn't want to strap it to the ladder. With all that said; I agree you can sit about anywhere on anything with that fat boy cushion and be comfortable and somtimes a rock may be what's available. Also as stated its good in a shooting house and the tree seat is of no use. There may not be a tree around. The reason I like the tree seat better is because it has great back support as well as being comfortable to sit in.
