Do bucks generally add points as they age past are 3.5? Buddy just sent me a pic of a fine 8 point that is 4.5 years old at least. He believes it will hit 10 points if not shot and I think if the 10 point trait has not shown up at that age it probably won't. What say the experts? Point is moot if he crosses the line and I get a shot at him.

Not necessarily , sometimes they will not have as many points or they might be a 8 for several years.

If you're talking about a mainframe 10, chances are a 4.5 yr old 8 point won't get there. Might gain mass and character points
