Banks are taking the cash now for the most part from what I understand. But, they will not allow them to except credit cards, debit cards or any type of electronic payments because of federal banking laws.
They will probably put in a ATM. I have a friend who owns a bar and he quit accepting cards at the counter. People use the ATM and get money and then pay him. He now makes money on the beer and on the ATM transaction fee.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.
