Did you go today? I called them last night, was planning on going this morning but the wife had other plans for us.
You need to tell your wife you're busy and she can go plannin' whatever. She's messin' with all your hunting and fishing plans. I know man, she's really messin' everything up!

Also a guy was there before me got a marlin 45/70 for 299.00, think it was close to 600 regular price. Didnt even check other rifles while in the Columbus walmart. Now i wish i had. Still cant complain since i was able to fork out 2 ben franklins and get a 243 plus a dollar back

Wetumpka had one 308. Pville had 2 30-06 That was at 5 pm. I'd be willing to buy a 308 to trade for a 243 if some one wants.

Well I ended up getting one in 30-06. Bought a 3-9x40 Leupold vari-x 1 for 99 bucks (149-50 rebate) and a set of talley lightweight one piece rings for 38 bucks. All together I've got 365 bucks in this gun. I didn't need another rifle, but for that price I think you'd be crazy not to jump on it. Only drawback is scope and all this thing weighs a shade over 7 pounds. Imagine the recoil is going to be a little heavy. I had intentions of painting it and putting a Boyd's laminate on it, and i still may one day, but for now I'm gonna just hunt with it like it is and not care the least about dinging it up like I do my other rifles.
