Property has a mix of planted pines, mature hardwood/pine, thinned pines, clearcut & utility easements. Lease is for all game except turkeys, which I hunt myself (landowner). Price is $2,000/year. This is a nice piece of property for 2 - 3 friends to lease and run their own show, for less than the dues of most hunting clubs & way less hassle.
