I'm confused. It says it fits a Dodge, but you could not use it on your dodge?

I'm guessing you already had a tuner. And want to add another. Does this tuner allow you to delete DEF and exhaust filter on a Chevy

I don't know about the DEF. It does cover the filter and egr deletes.

My truck had a stock power program on it to turn off the codes from removing the pollution stuff. I wanted this one for added power. I was going to clear my computer and add this one. I talked to a couple of performance shops that had ran into this with certain programs. They all told me the only way to get around it was to buy a new ECM. Whatever kind is currently on my truck has the ECM locked out.
