Doesn't Ga have a lemon law ? Get a lawyer. Yes, but it doesn't cover ATV's. The federal lemon law does though. We are trying to save it as a last resort and are hoping the company does the right thing.

Sounds like you either need the services of a lawyer or you need to pop some knots on some heads at the dealership. IDOT, we would but the dealer has been our friend for 8 years on our hunting club. We would rather not stir up alot of trouble with him and make stress on our hunting club, but he did make money off of our problems at the end of the day.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

You already have stress in your hunting club brought by him. He has profited off your inconvenience and hard earned dollars. He is no friend. As Wiley said, it's time for a different tack. The 8 years he has been your "friend" seems to be his willingness to spend the time to gain your confidence. Stick it to him and make a very public display about it. There are people that spend their lives conning people with soft and neighborly hearts. You were just another mark to him. Change his life in the most ruthless way, even if it ruins his family. A lesson needs to be taught here.

Hancock, I'd also put it on BOWSITE, yellowbullet and ARCHERYTALK forumns.
Bowsite has pages for each state so you can cut and paste it several times. I hope you can hurt their sales.
