Milk does work better than water.Plain vanilla ice cream thawed is probably the best.

I remember getting sprayed going through the academy. Absolutely horrible. Literally lost my vision for about 30 seconds. Burned like crazy for up to an hour before it subsided. Funniest part was we had one guy in our class that had no ill effects. He was fine and laughing while our faces burned. I became a general and firearms instructor but refused to become a certified OC instructor. That stuff is too nasty to experience more than once. Taser is bad but it's over quick. Forget the OC spray. Never again.
