Well me and a buddy made it out there for the first time yesterday evening. Pretty nice range set up. Considering its less that 5 minutes from my house i will probably be going there much more to shoot. Nice way to close out the weekend flinging some arrows.

There weren't any 3D targets. All were morrell bag targets. Some with basic bullseye with smaller targets around, and some with pictures of animals. Still very fun to shoot though. Very nice setup they have

I haven't had a chance to go yet, but have been wanting to check it out.

I haven't shot in about 8 months with the baby and buying a house. Im going to meet Shaw at the end of the month to get a new string, then hoping to start shooting more again. Would love to get a couple guys together and go shoot one weekend.

Bring your safety harness if you want to shoot from the elevated platform.

I forgot mine, but there was nobody monitoring the range so it was not a concern. Granted we were there at like 630 on a sunday evening there was not anyone there. Nice to have the whole range to yourself and not have to worry about anything.

Gotta have a hunting license, Wildlife Management Area license, or Wildlife Heritage license, and $5.

When i was there last there was no one at the range so it didnt matter. we did see the park ranger but he just drove on by and didnt stop. So i dont know how necessary it really is to have, although i dont know the punishment if you get caught without one.
