Not for sure on this yet, but thought i would put a feeler out there just in case. I have 1 possible opening or possible 2 openings for our Colorado archery elk hunt in September. We have a lease to hunt and stay on a working cattle ranch just out of Rifle Colorado. My hunting partner will not be able to go this year(1 opening will be his spot), the 2 possible openings will be if i am unable to go this year (Hope nobody pulls my man card, but i got roped into a Disney World trip). I fully plan on going if possible, but if anybody's interested in possibly going, u can PM me for details. This is the Mesa area of Colorado, and elevations dont exceed 8,500 feet for the most part. Its very easy elk hunting to be honest, it will spoil you. If anybodys interested, shoot me a PM please. Thx, Robinhedd

Yes sir, the tags are over the counter. Also, anyone that goes this year has the first option to go back next year.

$1,000 a person which includes staying in the bunkhouse, and access to private & public land. (The public land is easily accessed thru the private land). You would be responsible for your over the counter Archery tag ($625 for either sex, or $466 for a cow tag). Transportation to and from Rifle Colorado, and enough food or groceries to last u the week. I last huntied this place in Sept 2014 and had a blast. My schedule wouldn't allow me to go last fall, so I sub-leased the hunt out. Anyone that goes with us this year, has first shot at it next year also! (Provided they don't get out there & act like "Cousin Eddie"), if u know what I mean! Thanks, Robinhedd

The 3 spots have been taken by an ALDeer member, WCBowhunter! I'm excited to have Josh and his dad joining us, plus his friend Jason. I also have another ALDeer member on this trip, none other than Foldemup! I'm sure we will do a couple of Live from Colorado threads. Thanks, Robinhedd
