Three bedrooms, living room, full bath, and kitchen ! Turkeys everywhere, meals cooked for members just pay for them ! Cable Tv. It does work out if one can afford it !

You might want to cut down on your expenses, so you don't need as many members. Just a suggestion, no skin off my nose either way. 100 acres per person is the rule of thumb. Typically on 100 acres there's maybe 1 or 2 hotspots, at most.
