Between the two teams, staff, trainers, umpires, stadium employees and media - I'm guessing there's more people there tonight that are required to attend than bought a ticket. How long can that last? That coke sponsorship better be lucrative.

There will be more people there than any game of the season, they just won't be there to watch baseball. -------------------

Did it just supply a pipeline of talent for other teams? Don't know what they are paying guys like Aybar, Beckham, Francoeur, Markakis, and Pierzynski - but you can't tell me there's not a farm system player that couldn't provide similar production. Are those "names" just so fans will recognize a few players? Are they trying to protect farm system talent from being poached in a throw away year? Who knows.
