As you may know I had an issue where a Specialty Archery peep site cut 2 new strings. I contacted them via e-mail and they responded within 24 hrs asking for a photo of the string with the site still in it if I had it. I sent the photo showing both strings and the last one with the peep still in. They said that the problem was that the peep sight had been tied in wrong by the two different bow shops, and are sending me a new sight.
As much as I liked the sight, I'm not sure I want it if it can't be tied in correctly and will just cut another string.

I've never seen a peep cut a string because it was tied in "incorrectly". It has a burr or a sharp edge on it. They make some quality products, but that one slipped by the QC inspectors.

That is what I have heard from multiple people, and it was one of the reasons I bought it. I loved the size of the aperture as it worked great with my IQ site and James at Grabow showed my wife and son the bur on the peep.
