Big AL 76 OP 12 point Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,738 McCalla	Nothing exciting that I saw after looking at them closer..If I am not mistaken that small Pickens lease was cut 3-4 years ago last time I talked to them...I assume its at the height that would make it harder to hunt..

tenthlegionnaire 4 point T Joined: Aug 2014 Posts: 237 Houston, AL	FYI on the Pickens lease there is no access but the land line log road that is grown up so you have to piddle on the neighbors nice hardwoods to access the huntable creek bottom and from what I hear they frown on that a lot

Mbrock Fancy Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 8,077 Right behind you	They went up nearly one dollar on our lease this year. It's getting out of hand. All these timber companies are about to push the common folks out of the market. Their lease prices are nearly double what private land brings on average.
