It was a little bigger than that coming down. Melted some before I could get out to pick that up.

The hail is big but I'm more surprised that state farm bought you a roof. State farms the best I've seen for buying roofs out of all the major companies. All state sucks

Yeah im in moundville and had the joy of watching some marble sized hail bounce off of my truck. Havent been out to check it yet but MAYER INSURANCE said I was covered if there was any so if SF drops you give Brandon a call. Just saying.
...and that hail you got is nasty. Glad it wasn't here.

I've been in a hail storm like that, only they were about baseball size. Montgomery '88 I believe. I got about a dozen bruises across my back, head, and shoulders from it. The damage across Montgomery was unbelievable. No deaths, thank goodness, but the car and roof damage was ridiculous.

Guy I was stationed with in the service ran outside in a baseball sized hail storm to turn his truck around...it was getting beat up on the top and one side, so he turned it around so it'd get the other side, too. After the storm, he replaced all the glass and had it painted...with all the dimples, his truck looked like a blue golf ball!
