I heard this one all the time growing up. My dad still says it but I heard it the other day and I figured I needed to post it to try and further yalls education.
The expression: "I'll swunny." (pronounced like sunny with a W in it)
Okay, somebody besides 2Dogs use it correctly in a sentence.....The winner gets all leftovers from straycats next double cheeseburger meal. I always heard it as swanny.. Well i swanny that girl is dumb as a rock!!
The end of democracy and the defeat of the American revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporation's Thomas Jefferson. 1812

Man I guess I do need to get out more. I've always thought I had my PH D is redneckogy. Y'all had me concerned so I asked my wife (we grew up in the same area) what she'd always heard. "Kick" was her reply. Must be a geographical thing.
think that might have been a Larry the cable guy thing, like "you can lead a horse to water , but you cant make him think" or "like a bull in a chinaman's shop"

I always get left out of the good stuff. I knew you'd know what it meant. I figured that was just an Appalachian saying. I'm surprised anyone else knew it.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
