I'm here, name doesn't matter to me. Where's everybody from and where will you be hunting?

I live in Bham. I've got a small piece in Jefferson county, a club in chilton county, and a turkey lease in Barbour county. I'll also be hunting public land some. I'm gonna spend 4 or 5 days in Georgia, maybe more if I wrap up here early. I'll be in Kentucky for a long weekend as well. I've got a tn license, don't know if I will make it up there or not. I'm going to have a lot of free time to hunt this year. At the risk of jinxing myself, it should be a damn fine season, lord willing.

How many birds did you guys kill last year. 3 for me

I killed one last year but only got to hunt 3 days (new baby and new business....) I've got 10+ days already carved into the calendar and approved by the wife for this year!!

I killed 2 and missed one. all on public land. The past couple of years, I haven't had as much time to hunt and no private land, I've been killing 2-4 a year. This year I should be able to hunt a lot, and I've got some good land. Unless something changes, I'm going to do my best to put a hurt on them.

Well I'm not going to say how many I missed but I should have limited out. Only 1 kill last year.... bad year lol

I feel your pain, I missed 1 bird my entire life until the last 3 years. I've missed 5 in the last 3 years. With limited time to hunt, I started trying to force iffy shots.
