The thing is bill, I doubt Trump will tolerate a brokered convention if he is what he says he is. He will likely fight it. And if that happens then the Dems will win without a hair of a contest.

Help me out, here. I don't see anyway Trump wins enough delegates to secure the nomination.. I believe Rubio will have the most delegates but still not enough for the clear win. What other options are there if not a brokered convention?

Thats what I am saying...if it comes down to a brokered convention between Trump and anyone, I fully expect Trump to get ugly and fight it to the point that the entire country just votes for the Dem. Like the Baxley/Graddick debacle that led to Guy Hunt winning back in 86.

I think the Dem fight will be plenty ugly, itself. Hillary isn't about to go quietly and I think many democratic voters have a genuine dislike for her.

Overall, remember that turnout for Republicans has been record setting in all 3 so far. That tells me that either one of the 3 have a good chance of winning overall.

I want Cruz to be the nominee. I think in Alabama it's a Trump/Cruz race. I don't think Jeb or Kasich have any supporters here. Same for Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky. I think Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia is a 3 person race. Texas will go to Cruz.

Unfortunately for Cruz, I'm afraid the numbers just aren't there.

If it comes down to Trump or Rubio, I'll take Trump.

The wild card is if it's close come convention time and it goes to Rubio. Trump will rum 3rd party and Hillary will be President.

Guys, it looks like Trump will be the nominee.

Rubio would be wise not to engage directly with The Donald. Trump will own him worse than Bush. Marco is not very quick on his feet as Christie revealed in NH.

Trump is topped out and has no where else to pull votes from. Rubio is sitting in the cat bird seat. Cruz has more upside than Trump, at this point. The truth is that both are about to be in b Rubio's rear view mirror.

I don't like Rubio, but trump has never owned a single person on that stage. And you're not very educated on the process if you think trump is a lock. Rubio is about the closest thing to a lock at this point.

Rubio, as much as we hate it, really is in a great position to win it unless he does something seriously stupid. He has Florida and California in his ass-pocket. The liberal republican sissy foo-foo's love him and he has the bank roll of all those banksters supporting him. He's young, good looking, and says exactly what he is programmed to say.

Yep, and sadly Cruz doesn't have much hope. The Donald has done a damn good job of putting the nail in the coffin for America. Splits the conservative vote, to ensure the establishment gets their man in, then when it comes to a brokered convention, he will whine like the little bitch he is and run third party. Thus making sure that Hillary wins, after cheating the bern out of the dem nomination. I posted about this when I first studied up on Donald trump months ago. I believe it's been his intention the whole time. The Clinton foundation probably paid off some of those millions he has racked up in debt.

What if Sanders runs 3rd party? His supporters hate Hillary enough to cause him to split the dem vote

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Don't forget about Michael Bloomberg out there threatening a 3rd party run.
