Anyone know when they typically list their available leases on their website? It has shown a few available all season, across the state, but now since season end it says "nothing available". I feel pretty certain they didn't lease everything at the end of season. Just thought maybe they were working on the list.

All I will say is ask a lot of questions before leasing... and get answers put in writing and signed.

Most leases that may be open should start to pop up in May...possibly late April..but most clubs have to let them know by May if they are keeping the lease and start paying on it..

Thanks but I've leased from them before. I know they aren't the easiest to deal with but they have several tracts close to my house. A little headache may be worth it.
