808 Acres in Pickens County, Al.

Property has Hardwood SMZ'S, Hardwood Swamp on Lubbub Creek, Gas line, Mature Pine Plantation, Fresh Cutover, new growth pines and some pine stands that are almost ready to be thinned. Lubbub Creek runs through the lease. There are 3 Shooting houses on the Gas Line. Aprox 12 green fields with Shooting houses or ladder stands. And Tri-pods and ladders in the Cutover. Good road system through-out the lease.

Multiple mineral sites re-freshed every spring. Supplemental feeding during summer.

We want to only harvest mature bucks and does, Bucks will be 3.5 or older. We really target 4.5 or older. Doe will be one per member. If another member chooses to give you their doe, that will be fine.

We want to run as few members as possible shooting for 4. Will consider 5.
Currently have 3 members. So looking to add 1, possibly 2.

We have had the lease for 5 years and have had a good bit of success. Just looking to get costs down some.
Have pictures of all bucks harvested in last 5 years. And thousands of trail cam pics.

If we only add 1 member for a total of 4, then cost will be $2,000
If we add 2, for a total of 5, then cost will be $1,600

No camphouse, there is a spot to put a camper, but no power or water.

What part of pickens are we talking about Lubbub Creek runs through a good bit of the county I think it runs from North Pickens all the way through Carrolton

Any turkeys up there?

Not many. There are some there in the winter. But only a few in the Spring. And a few less by the end of spring.
