If you find a larger tract that you think might be out of your price range let me know. I'd be willing to pitch in. I'm located in Houston Co. and I would love a place to hunt close to home. Same here.

Just keep checking the normal websites(afoa, plumcreek,etc), craigslist and you'll find something. I've turned down several leases in every county you mentioned except houston.
